2023: Polygraph Firm Proposes Lie Detector Test To Nigerian Politicians

Nigeria’s premier polygraph company, Hogan Polygraph & Investigations Limited has spoken of plans to give free lie detector test to all prospective applicants running for public office including presidential and gubernatorial candidates respectively ahead of the 2023 general elections.
The Group CEO of Hogan Organisation, Paul Ibirogba recently disclosed this during a press briefing.
According to him, the company will render the service in order to guarantee that the Nigerian populace elects the most honest and ethical leaders in 2023.
Ibirogba remarked that Nigerians are increasingly demanding greater accountability, transparency and integrity from politicians.
He added that a polygraph could enable the electorate discern the leaders who have the nation’s best interest at heart.
According to him, political candidates who concede to a free lie detector test would be expected to sign a waiver authorizing the test results to be disclosed to the public.
“Companies across this nation are utilising polygraph examinations as a tool to eliminate applicants with a fraudulent history in order to protect their revenue from embezzlement and to verify employment history. The same can be done so that the Nigerian public chooses the best political candidates,” Ibirogba said.
Nexus News gathered that Hogan Polygraph came to the lime lights in 2021 after conducting a lie detector test on Nigerian reality TV star Michael Ilesanmi of 90 Day Fiance while on air during a tell-all show for the cast of the United States hit TV show, which is watched by millions of Americans and a global audience.
