FG Names Borders For Nigerians Vacating Ukraine For Poland

The Federal Government has named the borders Nigerians exiting Ukraine-Russian war can access to Poland.
Recall that Russian troops invaded Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, which led to lose of lives since the war started.
Abike Dabire-Erawa, the Chairman Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, announced this on Saturday, suggesting borders for Nigerians fleeing the war.
The borders include Hrebenne-Rawa Ruska, Korczowa-Krawkowiec, Medyka-Szeginie and Budomierz-Hurszew.
Abike ascertained that “Nigerian volunteer groups, as well as staff of Nigerian Embassy, will be at the border to pick Nigerians.”
Recall that the federal government earlier on Saturday said it had made necessary arrangements to evacuate stranded Nigerians in Ukraine to Poland.
In a public notice, the Embassy of Nigeria in Warsaw, Poland said officials and volunteers would be at the Polish-Ukrainian borders to pick up Nigerians.
