President Biden tests positive for COVID-19 a second time
The United States President Joe Biden has tested positive for COVID-19 for a second time, presidential physician says.
The US presidential physician, Dr. Kevin O’Connor said the president was infected with the deadly disease last week after testing negative last Tuesday.
Furthermore, the president corroborated the report on Saturday on his Twitter handle.
“Folks, today I tested positive for COVID again. This happens with a small minority of folks.
“I’ve got no symptoms but I am going to isolate for the safety of everyone around me. I’m still at work, and will be back on the road soon.” the tweet read.
Biden has reportedly been vaccinated with an addition of a booster jab.
The Doctor added that Biden showed no re-emergency of symptom and is quite well and would not resume treatment again. However, he would reinitiate strict isolation procedures.
